Iceboat Studio provided BIM services for a 2,00,000 sq.ft. residential tower by modelling architectural, structural and plumbing to derive accurate material quantities and perform clash detection. The quantities were derived per floor which hugely benefitted our client as they could do efficient fund planning as per stage of construction. Also it allowed for accurate stocking of materials and avoid wastage.

The quantities were derived for concrete, steel, masonry, external plaster, internal gypsum, bath plaster, ceiling, flooring, bath flooring, skirting tiles and plumbing.
