Priyanka’s thesis represents an excellent body of work in the field of high-performance design. Her thesis research has uncovered a robust relationship between Daylighting and thermal performance of office buildings. Priyanka’s abilities and skills as a researcher is above the best I have seen.

Priyanka combined an excellent work ethic and research skills with a clear understanding of architectural design issues and facility with working with modeling programs. Her insights into building curtain walls springing from her research places her in a position to effectively develop building envelope designs that will have a strong sustainable component built into the concept, and not just apply “green” ideas to an arbitrary formal idea.
