This is one of the smallest but creative multifamily projects we have dealt with. We collaborated with an architectural firm from Milwaukee, WI to do the design development and construction documents for this 30,000 sq.ft. multi-family residential building. The building comprises of total 27 units with sizes ranging from 550-1250 sq.ft.

This location is an ideal setting for those seeking to live in an established, yet growing, community. The units are designed with the residents in mind, flexing to meet the needs of young professionals, families, and empty nesters.

Distinctive design blends contemporary form and classic materials. Walk-up entries give the 27-unit, three-story apartment building a townhouse feel, adding to the community atmosphere. The units feature private balconies for ample access to the outdoors. Spacious living areas, well-appointed appliances and upgraded finishes add ease and sophistication. Amenities include fitness facilities, heated parking, and a shared community room and rooftop patio.
